Man Arrested for Killing Three Family Members While He was DUI
According to the Turlock Police, on Friday a twenty-eight year old man had been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. The man reportedly hit a family as they were taking their regular afternoon walk, however this walked ended deadly for three of the family members. Luis Miguel Cruz was one of the two people inside of the white BMW that struck and killed the forty-seven year old woman as well as her twenty year old daughter-in-law and four year old grandson. The incident happened around 7:44 in the evening.
Man Taken into Custody for DUI and Other Charges
Luis Miguel Cruz was taken into custody on “suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, and a felony hit and run” since he tried to run away from the scene of the crash. Elena Flores was the older woman, just minding her own business and walking with her daughter-in-law…Julia Flores. Julia’s two young children was also walking with them on the sidewalk when the BMW veered off of the road at a high speed and struck them, according to the police.
The Turlock family are suffering through an unimaginable heartbreak. Not only to loose the women in their life but to loose a child from the group as well, must leave the family broken and in a numb state of mind.
Husband Lost After DUI Driver Takes Away his Family’s life
Jose Flores only has his two year old little girl left to help support him through this heartbreak.

I lost my mom, my wife, my son. I’m by myself now with my daughter, and we don’t know what we are going to do.
