Father Leaves Child In Vehicle and Baby Boy Dies in SUV

Detectives investigate the death of a five month old baby boy. His body was found in the family SUV that was parked outside their home.

The police was called to the home which is located at the 19000 block of Cliveden Avenue. According to Sgt. Pena of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, they got the call around three twenty in the evening.

The detectives said that the father of the baby boy had drove home with the baby in the SUV. Then he left the boy inside the SUV to go inside of the house for a few moments. After some time, the father had to leave home again, however he took a different vehicle…leaving the baby boy home alone in a vehicle.

According to the report, no one else was home at the time. The father finally realized what happened and then reported the incident to the police.
