Pedestrian Dies After Incident

Pedestrian incidents are all too common in California. The roadways are always busy and everyone who is walking is usually in a hurt and have a million things on their minds. Which sometimes leads to them not paying attention.

Sadly, a pedestrian has recently died after a traffic accident. According to the reports a Riverside County Sheriff’s patrol unit was involved in a traffic accident with a person.

The California Highway Patrol aka CHP is going to be handling the investigation of this crash.

The accident was reported around 8:42 p.m. at the North Perris Boulevard and West Nuevo Road. That is a commercialized area near the Perris High School. According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department news, at the first the pedestrian was suffering from serious injuries and had to be transported by ambulance.

How this crash happened was unknown at first and very little detail was given. Both the North and southbound Perris Boulevard lanes were closed for several hours.

Female Pedestrian Struck

Sadly rush hour traffic can be pretty scary no matter where you are, however in California it’s a disaster waiting to happen a lot of times. Especially during the Friday commutes.

According to recent reports, a female pedestrian was trying to cross the Interstate 8 in Las Mesa. This was at the worst time possible, during the Friday evening rush hour traffic. She was sadly hit by a vehicle and pretty severely injured.

The news reports from the scene say that the crash was reported around 5 o’clock that evening. It happened on the westbound side of the freeway which is close to the El Cajon Blvd. exit.

The suspect driver in this situation was very cooperative with the California Highway Patrol.The driver was driving a white Toyota Sedan when the or she struck the victim.

The victim had to be transported to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
