Police Chase Ends When SUV Slams into Furniture Store
Today a furniture store in the Fullerton area got a huge surprise. A police pursuit came to a sudden end when a gold Cadillac Escalade SUV smashed into the furniture store early this morning.
The police chase began at around two thirty in the morning. According to Lt. Bob Dunn from the Anaheim Police Department, the chase started when the police officers had tried to stop the Escalade at the Citron Street and Romneya Drive, however the driver of the Escalade would not pull over.

The early morning chase ended not long after it began. It finally came to a halt when the Escalade smashed through a local furniture store. The store was at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Valencia Drive. According to Lt. Dunn, the on scene officers detained a female juvenile at the scene. However there was an adult male that fled on foot and hide in a nearby house. Lt. Dunn said that the resident notified the police and the police then went over to the home where the suspect was hiding. The man came out of hiding after the officers had ordered everyone out of the residence.

A video from the scene showed that both the juvenile and the man were placed in handcuffs. However, it is unclear whether either of them were charged or arrested at the time. Police didn't say why they had tried to pull over the Escalde in the first place.
That's all the information about the crash at this time. Let's hope the innocent furniture store wasn't too badly tore up. It's horrible you can't even have a business this day without someone causing some kind of trouble for you.
