SUV Traps Person Inside

Beverly Hill is usually busy area and filled with traffic and people. It’s also a beautiful area, however things weren’t so pretty on an early Monday morning when an SUV got overturned and trapped a person inside of it.

Rescue workers had to work very quickly and carefully to remove the roof of an SUV that had a person trapped inside. The person was trapped after the SUV was involved in a rollover crash in the Beverly Hills area on a Monday.

According to the spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department, The SUV was black in color and crashed close to the intersection of West Olympic Boulevard and South Crescent Drive early in the morning around 7:40 in the morning.

There was at least one person trapped inside of the wrecked SUV. The aerial video showed that the SUV even took out a street sign then ended up on its side. The video also showed that  the rescue workers had to remove the roof of the SUV by cutting it off so that the firefighters could pull the person from the SUV.

You could also see that the rescue crews were giving the person chest compressions to save their life. The person was then put into an ambulance and then taken to the local hospital. It’s unclear what kind of condition the person was in.

As the crews worked to clear the scene of debris, the West Olympic Boulevard between the South Rexford Drive and South Beverly Drive were closed in both of the directions.

Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
